General Admission Refund Policy
The Wave Waterpark tickets and passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The waterpark operates in rainy conditions and may close the pools if lightning is detected within close proximity. If The Wave closes the parks during normal scheduled operating hours due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a rain check will be issued for a return visit in the same operating summer. No refunds will be given.
The park has set capacity limits and cannot guarantee re-entry based on park capacity if you choose to leave the park on the day of your visit. If park capacity is reached, additional guests will not be let in until another guest chooses to leave the park.
